During the relocation, I was worried about dust and dirt, but these movers were very clean. They covered my flooring in both the old and new locations. They were extremely competent!
I was working with a tight budget and was worried about hidden costs. But to my relief, Regal Van Lines provided a clear and upfront estimate with no surprises. Plus, their movers worked quickly without cutting corners, and gave me the best value for my money. I cannot recommend them enough!
It wasn't ideal to move during a snowfall, but they made it easy. They took expert care of our kitchen equipment and glassware, and they covered our upholstered furniture with waterproof coverings. To keep things tidy, the crew laid down floor runners. They handle our art collection and plants with great precision.
Moving a piano and a large sectional couch made my relocation challenging. The team arrived on time and started work right away. The sofa was successfully moved out the door with the help of a dolly and sturdy straps. After gently lifting the piano and padding it with a special cover, they asked me how I wanted it positioned in the new living room. They took their time, placing everything carefully, and I was amazed by how well they maintained everything.
I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
I booked Regal Van Lines to help move my home office setup, including a bunch of electronics and cables I hadn't organized at all. They labeled boxes without me asking, wrapped up the monitors like pros, and even suggested where to place things at the new place to avoid clutter. Saved me a bunch of headaches later on.
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping me move on Saturday. They took me to my new location and helped me carry all of my belongings, which included a concrete safe, there.
I had an extremely limited window between work meetings. The crew showed up exactly on time, loaded everything in under 3 hours, and had it delivered safely. They have my highest recommendation!
Outstanding Moving Crew! What a relief it was to have such a capable team handle my move. They were polite, punctual, and took all the stress out of the day. Highly recommended!
