It was difficult to relocate from our 5th-floor flat without an elevator, yet these movers didn't hesitate. In addition to handling all the heavy lifting and navigating the stairs easily, they arranged our new home exactly as we had imagined. They delivered excellent service!
James and rest of the crew was fantastic from the moment they arrived to begin the packing and moving process. They were very professional, careful with everything they lacked and moved as well as great in the communication side of things. I used Regal Van Lines for a move from a townhouse into a smaller space, and the layout made everything harder than it needed to be. Tight corners, low ceilings, all of it. They stayed calm, figured it out, and didn’t damage a thing. They brought tools, took apart a bed frame for me, and even helped reassemble it. I was really impressed by how smooth it all went.
These movers provided special packing materials for my large collection of ceramic bowls. Every dish arrived undamaged. They came up with all of the good-quality packing materials.
Both the treadmill and elliptical machine I owned were infamously clumsy. Prior to their departure, they put them through their paces and skilfully dismantled and rebuilt them. I am so grateful to find such a great moving company
The movers were prepared to work when they came on time. Our enormous furniture was handled well by John, who disassembled and reassembled it without any problems. Charles packed all of our clothing and breakables with lots of cushioning. They were professional, prompt, and effective. They also assisted us with last-minute packing.
When I called Regal Van Lines, Jack answered and immediately helped me feel at ease. I had to move long-distance with several fragile items, including some handmade furniture and delicate ceramics. They walked me through the process, helped with packing tips, and the movers followed through exactly as described. It felt well-organized from start to finish, and everything showed up intact. I'm so glad I trusted them with this move.
They noticed that the drawers on one of my dressers weren't locking. Instead of taping the wood tightly, they wrapped the entire piece in shrink wrap to protect it. I'm incredibly happy.
Loved this company they were efficient and quick delivery 🚚!! Will definitely be using them again for future moving needs, movers were Awesome and polite.
