My things, even the ones that weren’t fragile, were handled with a lot of care. I liked being treated with respect by the whole team, as they always tried not to interfere with my time or space.
I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Even though it is never simple to move with dogs, the crew was great. They made sure my dog was out of harm's way and helped me arrange her bed and toys as soon as I arrived at the new place. It had immense significance for me.
I was worried about moving my king-sized bed and heavy dresser, but the movers from Regal Van Lines took care of everything. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture with ease, and ensured that everything was set up correctly in my new home. I am beyond impressed!

When our company relocated to a larger office, this team handled everything flawlessly. They took extra care with our laptops, paperwork, and sensitive equipment. The new setup looked great, and they worked efficiently throughout.
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
David and his team showed compassion during my elderly parents' move to an assisted living facility. They were patient and humble with my parents. Thomas carefully packed their precious items and asked questions to ensure nothing was lost. Their way of handling everything made the day feel less intimidating. James made sure that everything aligned with my folks' wishes. They made the move effortless!
