I wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping me move on Saturday. They took me to my new location and helped me carry all of my belongings, which included a concrete safe, there.
I was concerned that the movers would have to haul bulky furniture up many flights of stairs because I live in a walk-up apartment. They used the stairs without complaining and never asked for extra charges for extra effort. They placed everything quickly and carefully without dropping anything or scratching the walls.
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
This company was recommended by a friend, and now I know why. From the first call to the last box, everything went exactly as they promised. Booking was easy, pricing was clear, and the team arrived ready. All my belongings, even glass décor, made it over in mint condition. Kudos to them!

I was hesitant to move my office since it seemed like a big job, but the company handled everything easily. They organized all their things by labeling them which made it simple to get started in their new home. I was most worried about our sensitive IT items, yet they took special care of every monitor, printer and cable. When dinnertime came, we had finished cleaning and could get back to what we were doing before.
I had some furniture in storage that needed to be moved into a new place after a long delay. A couple of items were heavier than I remembered, but the movers handled them without issue. They were polite, worked quickly, and didn’t need constant direction. I was glad that everything arrived intact after being in storage for so long. The whole thing felt simple and well-managed.
I had an extremely limited window between work meetings. The crew showed up exactly on time, loaded everything in under 3 hours, and had it delivered safely. They have my highest recommendation!
