Worst moving experience I’ve ever had! They overpacked the truck and ended up leaving half my belongings behind. My desk is completely scratched, and their customer support has been ignoring my calls. I regret ever hiring them!
Unfortunately, one of our pieces of furniture was just too big to squeeze through the door. Instead of just shoving the door hinges out, they cautiously removed them and replaced them.
Although the timing was a bit off, the movers were top-notch. Their slight tardiness was bothersome, but once they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently. Despite my expectation that they can enhance their scheduling in the future, I would still use them again.
What I appreciated most was their honesty. No hidden fees, no sudden price hikes, and no cut corners. They loaded everything carefully, making sure fragile boxes weren’t stacked under heavy ones. They called me when they found an envelope with cash in one of my dresser drawers—talk about integrity! They set up my bed frame, plugged in my appliances, and gave me a moving checklist for my next move. This is a company that truly cares about customers.

In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
What a phenomenal experience! The team did more than they were supposed to make sure that each aspect of the move was as stress free as possible. I have a lot of glass jars and they packed every single one so well. Not a single thing broke, no not even a chip! Apparently, they value their work. These guys are good additions to your speed dial if you ever have any future moves.
The personnel was kind, and the service was top-notch. Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived at my new home, and they finished quickly without cutting corners. Everyone looking for a trouble-free move should seriously consider this option.
I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
These movers provided special packing materials for my large collection of ceramic bowls. Every dish arrived undamaged. They came up with all of the good-quality packing materials.
