My long-distance move seemed like a one to them. No delays, no damage, and clear communication throughout. The vehicle arrived promptly, just as expected.
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.

I didn’t expect them to go through with it, but I’m glad they did. Everything arrived safe and dry, and I appreciated how cautious they were.
I had some furniture in storage that needed to be moved into a new place after a long delay. A couple of items were heavier than I remembered, but the movers handled them without issue. They were polite, worked quickly, and didn’t need constant direction. I was glad that everything arrived intact after being in storage for so long. The whole thing felt simple and well-managed.
My new puppy kept trying to chase their rolling tool bag with a squeaky wheel. They didn’t mind and actually petted him while loading the boxes onto the truck.
The whole moving process went by pretty smoothly, thanks to Jack and the team. James was cool about checking the room layouts before they started shifting things around. They carefully loaded up the truck, ensuring there were no loose items to rattle. They took their time with the heavier items and made sure everything was balanced out. When we arrived, Joseph had already figured out the best spots for the furniture, saving us from figuring it out ourselves. It felt like a team that knew what they were doing.
