Thanks to their firm, my transfer was much easier than I had imagined. The crew was punctual, efficient, and expert. They wrapped each item with care and double-checked to make sure my furniture was safe. To top it all off, they took my bed apart and reassembled it for my new home. In terms of quality, it exceeded my wildest expectations.
Regal may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers—promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. Regal’s customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.
Their level of professionalism was very clear. Not only were they prompt, but they checked each box three times to make sure everything was packed. Excellent service!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.

Our move from a 2nd floor walk-up was no joke, but the team tackled it without complaints. They maneuvered bulky furniture down narrow stairs without causing any damage to the property or items. Polite, focused, and very careful the entire time!

The company needed to move its operations under a tight time constraint. Their ability to plan efficiently, together with their organizational skills, was simply outstanding. Everything was on schedule!
They do not deserve 1 star. Beware, they will bait and switch you on your move. Our original estimate was $2900. On our quality assurance call 5 days before move they said it was now going to be $9400. Sabrina and Amy are very rude.
