I planned a cross-state move with several large furniture pieces, including a vintage dresser and a few fragile items. Regal Van Lines made the process incredibly easy, and Joseph kept me updated along the way. The entire crew was efficient, careful, and respectful of my belongings. Everything arrived exactly as packed. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and smooth experience.
The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were professional and kind. My one gripe is that they took a bit longer than expected, but the additional time was more than justified because they took care of everything. I would definitely hire them again.
I had a ton of heavy equipment in my garage, like power tools, machines, and a large workbench. I wasn’t sure how the movers would handle it all, but they showed up with the right equipment and moved everything with ease. They carefully loaded everything, and nothing was damaged. It felt like they knew exactly how to handle each piece. I’m really impressed with their professionalism.
The personnel was fantastic; they were prompt, friendly, and very careful with my possessions. They were incredibly thoughtful in every manner, even though they did not waste any time.
We had to move fast due to a sudden job transfer, and Regal Van Lines was the only one willing to work within our crazy timeline. They showed up with a calm and collected energy that was exactly what we needed amidst all the uncertainty. In case we ever plan on moving again, we’ll definite hire them!

In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
