The move was fantastic and skillfully executed! The movers handled my belongings with great care, making my move much easier than I had expected.
Just a quick message to say thank you to all at Regal Van Lines. My father had to go into a care home today. Some of his items from his flat went to the care home, and the other items went back to mine. From start to finish, there was no problem. If we ever need a moving company in the future, I will 100% use them again.
Even though it is never simple to move with dogs, the crew was great. They made sure my dog was out of harm's way and helped me arrange her bed and toys as soon as I arrived at the new place. It had immense significance for me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.

As soon as the movers left, they called to update us and confirm the arrival window. Everything felt well-organized and thought through.
I stored my belongings in a friend's garage for a couple of months while waiting for my new lease to begin. Most of it was in boxes, plus a mattress and a TV. The movers showed up right on time and handled everything without any drama. It felt easy, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I was hesitant to move my office since it seemed like a big job, but the company handled everything easily. They organized all their things by labeling them which made it simple to get started in their new home. I was most worried about our sensitive IT items, yet they took special care of every monitor, printer and cable. When dinnertime came, we had finished cleaning and could get back to what we were doing before.
