The job was finished in record time because they always showed up on time and worked hard. They took great care of our things and made sure that both the old and new places were safe.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Their service, from packing to unloading, was exceptional. Their meticulousness in wrapping my fragile items was astounding.
I had an extremely limited window between work meetings. The crew showed up exactly on time, loaded everything in under 3 hours, and had it delivered safely. They have my highest recommendation!
I've never had a move go this smoothly. The team arrived on time, brought everything they needed, and wasted no time. My Three-bedroom apartment was fully moved before lunch, and nothing was damaged or missing. They even helped me move a few items that I had forgotten to label. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. It made what I thought would be a long day surprisingly easy.
The movers disassembled my gigantic sleigh bed, and wrapped it up nicely for transport and then reassembled it with not a single screw missing. They never hurried, or became careless, and their attitude, positive as it was, turned a chore into a pleasure.
I was wrong to think a long-distance transfer would go smoothly with this company. My stuff was picked up in one state and delivered two days later, as promised. While driving, the driver informed me of their expected arrival time. After arriving, the staff carefully unloaded and checked everything off the inventory list. All my boxes and furniture arrived intact. Their consistency amazes me.
On the first day, Regal Van Lines loaded all of the boxes and finished packing all of our possessions. Second day arrived on time and was finished by noon! Their output was absolutely incredible. Had to wait a while at the new address, but despite having to carry some heavy objects up three flights of stairs, I worked really hard there as well. When requested, I collected all the packaging and roughly 100 empty boxes. We cannot express our gratitude to their employees enough for helping us get through a trying couple of days.
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
Regal Van Lines made my move so much easier than I ever imagined. From start to finish, their team was friendly, attentive, and treated my belongings like their own. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
