DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I scheduled the move with Regal Van Lines and got a call from James the day before to confirm a few details. They arrived right on time, brought extra supplies I hadn’t thought of, and made sure everything was loaded in order. My TV, glassware, and shelves all made it safely, and I didn’t feel like I had to supervise the whole thing. The team was solid from start to finish.
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
Even though it is never simple to move with dogs, the crew was great. They made sure my dog was out of harm's way and helped me arrange her bed and toys as soon as I arrived at the new place. It had immense significance for me.
This company was recommended by a friend, and now I know why. From the first call to the last box, everything went exactly as they promised. Booking was easy, pricing was clear, and the team arrived ready. All my belongings, even glass décor, made it over in mint condition. Kudos to them!

I was terrified about putting all the furniture back together once it had to be dismantled. In addition to disassembling everything swiftly, the movers reassembled flawlessly, even tightening loose screws that I forgot.
I was hesitant to move my office since it seemed like a big job, but the company handled everything easily. They organized all their things by labeling them which made it simple to get started in their new home. I was most worried about our sensitive IT items, yet they took special care of every monitor, printer and cable. When dinnertime came, we had finished cleaning and could get back to what we were doing before.
Regal Van Lines made my move so much easier than I ever imagined. From start to finish, their team was friendly, attentive, and treated my belongings like their own. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
