They do not deserve 1 star. Beware, they will bait and switch you on your move. Our original estimate was $2900. On our quality assurance call 5 days before move they said it was now going to be $9400. Sabrina and Amy are very rude.

We weren’t moving far, but we had a ton of oddly shaped furniture and vintage pieces that don’t handle well in transit. The movers we hired from this company didn’t rush through the job. They took the time to wrap everything right and maneuver it all carefully through tight doorways. The move only took a few hours, but the quality of service was far above what we’ve seen in the past. Highly recommended!

They carefully loaded up the truck, ensuring there were no loose items to rattle. They took their time with the heavier items and made sure everything was balanced out. When we arrived, Joseph had already figured out the best spots for the furniture, saving us from figuring it out ourselves. It felt like a team that knew what they were doing.
I booked Regal Van Lines to relocate a large amount of office furniture from our current workspace to a new location across town. There were cubicles, chairs, computers, and a multitude of cords that I didn't expect. The crew knew how to break things down without damaging anything and even helped label a few parts for setup later. They were organized, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
As my children ran about, the staff was really kind and accommodating. Everyone in the family felt a little less strain because of them.
