I’ve been building up a home gym, and when I needed to move to a new house, I had a ton of equipment to deal with. The movers were well-prepared for all the bulky, heavy pieces. They packed everything carefully and managed to fit it all in the truck. It was a relief to see them handle the heavy lifting with ease and get everything to the new place safely.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.

I booked Regal Van Lines to relocate a large amount of office furniture from our current workspace to a new location across town. There were cubicles, chairs, computers, and a multitude of cords that I didn't expect. The crew knew how to break things down without damaging anything and even helped label a few parts for setup later. They were organized, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
My things, even the ones that weren’t fragile, were handled with a lot of care. I liked being treated with respect by the whole team, as they always tried not to interfere with my time or space.
The movers were prepared to work when they came on time. Our enormous furniture was handled well by John, who disassembled and reassembled it without any problems. Charles packed all of our clothing and breakables with lots of cushioning. They were professional, prompt, and effective. They also assisted us with last-minute packing.
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
My queen-size bed, dresser, and large mirror were all well cared for. They skilfully dismantled and reassembled the bed, shielding the mirror with cardboard and bubble wrap. It arrived in pristine shape.
The movers were professional, courteous, and quick, and I was amazed by how smoothly everything went. They took great care when packing my belongings and unpacking them. They even went to the trouble of labeling each box, so unpacking was easy.
