Although moving is never simple, their crew really reduced the amount of worry I felt. From the moment they showed up, it was clear that they had everything under control. They disassembled my bulky furniture and meticulously packed all of my fragile possessions. When we got to my new house, they reassembled everything precisely as I had requested.

I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
Three moves moved my boxed goods, glass table, large LCD TVs (boxed) and desks across town from my storage unit to my new apartment. They were on time and completed the move faster than expected: under budget. I chose Regal Van Lines based on their excellent rating and was very pleased with the service I received.
With grace and efficiency, these men moved me from an apartment on the third story that did not have an elevator. Without a peep of complaint, they arrived on schedule, carefully packed all of the furniture, and carried everything downstairs.
I booked online and expected the usual delays, but within minutes, someone followed up with a call to confirm all the details. They even asked specific questions about stairs, parking, and fragile items. That level of planning made the move-day process feel calm instead of chaotic!
I had a long-distance move that included fragile art pieces, a vintage lamp, and some tricky electronics. James and the team from Regal Van Lines were amazing from start to finish. They brought extra packing materials, labeled everything clearly, and triple-checked the loading process. Not a single thing was damaged.
William and Kevin helped me move my belongings from my apartment to a storage unit. They were very careful with everything. They were very professional and explained the storage process clearly. I felt confident leaving my belongings in their care.
They do not deserve 1 star. Beware, they will bait and switch you on your move. Our original estimate was $2900. On our quality assurance call 5 days before move they said it was now going to be $9400. Sabrina and Amy are very rude.
