I relocated my small business from a shared office to a home workspace. There were desks, file cabinets, and a few computers that I needed to handle carefully. The team was focused and careful from the start. They labeled everything clearly so I knew what went where, and it helped me avoid downtime. Their service, from packing to unloading, was exceptional. Their meticulousness in wrapping my fragile items was astounding.
Excellent contact was maintained from the initial phone call to the final unloading. They provided a detailed moving schedule for packing gadgets, furniture, kitchenware, and breakable décor. Prompt responses and updates, including images, eased concerns about my grandmother's china set and large TV. Working with such professional and communicative staff was enjoyable.
The team made our transition between houses simpler by packing our 4-bedroom residence. The professional way they handled my large dining table and delicate display case during packing brought me much peace of mind.
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Our new home was under construction and only partially ready when moving day arrived. The team helped us split the delivery into 2 phases – essential items to the livable space, and the rest into storage. They coordinated both legs without confusion, kept detailed inventory records, and returned with the second half once the house was fully ready. Their flexibility and organization were key to pulling this off!
The quality of service I experienced from this moving business really astonished me. They were well-prepared and professional.
