Read More **I am hoping to update this when they finally contact us and when we make the move if nothing to stolen or damaged** (only 2 stars not 1 because I am hoping they will resolve this!) My husband and I are moving from Utah to Florida. We contacted this company and they seemed reliable and we wrote up our contract. Some things to note. -we saw some negative reviews pop up about them arriving and up charging by thousands. Their box size is 1 x 1 x 1 feet. Not a typical moving box. So our original moving quote was 30 boxes which we have but it’s 30 small boxes. This would be 30 cubic feet. Our normal tubes you can buy at any store gets us to 120 cubic feet. -we have tried to call multiple times to update our quote so they cannot charge us an insane difference. Each week they say someone will call and no one will. They originally said someone will call 3-5 days before the move. This way you are out of the 7 day out cancelation fee. -we stated we have a large sectional couch and it was marked as a 3 seater couch so that will be an up charge. -we were told we could get a full cash refund as long as we cancel before the 7 days out. They then said that isn’t true we can only get a credit to use with them
