I had no problems with any aspect of my move. Joseph and his colleagues were second to none throughout all three phases of the move. On time, efficiently, and professionally conducted themselves. They knew exactly what to do at each level and executed it flawlessly.
My items were picked up by Mak Elite Transport LLC, on 6/30. No one can tell me where my stuff is or when it’s coming and it’s 7/17. Aside from raising the price over $4k, I have no idea where any of my stuff is and it’s impacting me greatly in more ways than one. Would like to know how or when I’m getting my belongings.
Hey, team! We've just moved into our dream home, and it wouldn't have been possible without your rockstar moving service. The guys were lightning-fast with the packing, and nothing got scratched or dented! Our precious antique cabinet arrived without a single blemish. Kudos! The kitchenware is all set up, and we're cooking up a storm in our gorgeous new kitchen.
I had an amazing experience. Every person I dealt with was courteous and professional. The actual move went off without a hitch, and they took every precaution to ensure the safety of my belongings.
Stole $2040.00 from me and never showed up. Kept calling to say they were having issues and close by. Was supposed to come the 29th didn’t show up and tried to gaslight us into thinking it was the 30th. Oh and then NEVER CAME. I’m in a different state in an EMPTY house with my stuff in my old house 2 states away and down $2k. Filing a lawsuit currently.
Terrible experience for my daughter and her boyfriend. Belongings were loaded on 6/14 did not arrive to location (2 day drive) til 7/3. Horrible communication with no ability to track belongings with no comfort that they would ever arrive. Several times tried to overcharge. This company should be out of business.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! We moved from Arizona to Idaho. Our belongings were in a storage facility, so everything was in boxes and bins, securely sealed, wrapped, etc. When we made arrangements with Primeline Van Lines, we gave them our inventory list, agreed upon a price and were assured that Primeline WAS NOT a BROKER!! We even called them 3 times to verify that they were a carrier-NOT A BROKER!! So we made arrangements for my husband to meet with a driver who WORKS FOR PRIMELINE and would arrive in a PRIMELINE TRUCK at the storage facility to pick up our belongings. We were also told that our belongings would be delivered within 4-7 days after pick up. So on 4/15/24 my husband goes to meet with a Primeline employee in a Primeline truck at our storage facility-and that’s when we found out how crooked they are!! 1. Some guy shows up in a plain white rented truck, not wearing anything identifying himself as a “Primeline” employee 2. My husband opens the door to our storage unit-first thing the guy says is “It’s going to be another $1000”! He hadn’t even put ONE SINGLE THING in the truck!! 3. Instead of delivering our belongings to our new home as we were told-they were taken to a warehouse in LAS VEGAS!! My husband tried to contest but the guy didn’t care! Meanwhile I was in Idaho trying to call and get answers, but I kept getting put on hold and hung up on!! When I finally spoke with someone they told me our belongings had to sit in their warehouse until there was another delivery by us!! We were NEVER told any of that!! Then the next Monday a supervisor told us our belongings were being loaded on a truck and we’d have them in a few days, and to call dispatch the next day for an exact day and time of delivery. So that next day we did-and waited for a call back-but no one ever called. Our belongings were picked up on April 15, 2024 and they weren’t delivered to us until May 7, 2024. All of our boxes had been opened and gone through, as well as our bins. We have several things missing, including jewelry, antiques, collectibles and even odd things like lids to pots and pans, lamp shades, the leaf to our kitchen table. We also have several things that are broken, furniture, our computer, a tv. We tried to file a claim with their insurance but it doesn’t go anywhere. The young man who delivered our belongings was the only employee who was honest and respectful. Again-STAY AWAY FROM PRIMELINE VAN LINES!!!
We were relieved when Jones scheduled our move just one day before it happened. He took care of the paperwork quickly and easily but charged me $1200 instead of $800. Everything got to the new home safely. Thank you so much!
DO NOT use this company. Everything about them is terrible. They say they aren’t a broker and that they do all the moving themselves - lies. Their customer service is horrendous. I have nothing good to say about this place. Please do not give them your business.
