Stolen ad broken itens.

Horrible experience all around. Military move, which they state is what they do. Messed-up my weight tickets. Didn't weight the PODS before dropping off. Then falsified the weight tickets. I have one ticket with a PODS trailer # that isn't one of mine, and everything on the ticket matches another ticket that has my PODS trailer number. Called on July 9th and scheduled dilevery for today the 18th, with pickup tomorrow the 19th, and second PODS dilevery the 19th and pickup the 20th. Nothing from that is in their system. I've been on the phone for 2+ hours 3 times this week. Now 1 PODS will maybe show up today the 18th, and be picked up the 25th. The second one delivered the 25th. Glad you are honoring what I originally booked. Horrible company, horrible customer service. One employee told me to "write the negative social review, we don't care. I won't get fired."

Very hard working group of guys

Using PODS is the way to go. All of our belongings were in tact. There was no worrying if things were broken or missing. Less stress with moving. Helpful, friendly customer service. The driver who dropped our POD off, with our belongings was T. He made sure we were able to open our door and even helped my husband take some things out when the roll top door was stuck on something. I would recommend and use PODS again

Caldwell PODS

I would like to commend [NAME EDIT] (Asst. Mgr) and [NAME EDIT] (Driver) for an Outstanding Job!! We drove from the East Coast to Nampa, Idaho. We used two large PODS Containers. When the first POD arrived, it was the wrong one of the two we Needed delivered first, due to a short time to unload/pick up before being charged another storage fee! I told [NAME EDIT], he gave me [NAME EDIT] number to call about my dilemma. (What happened was the online sales crew screwed up the delivery and POD container numbers)! [NAME EDIT] looked into it and straightened everything out! We were able to unload, reschedule PODS and avoid an additional storage fee! [NAME EDIT] and [NAME EDIT] made our move Alot Less Stressful! Thanks again PODS for having employees like them! Because of them, we would highly recommend using PODS again!!!

Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I was very impressed with how organized and efficient the entire process was. The staff communicated clearly and stayed professional at every stage. They made sure every detail was handled properly. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Excellent !!

On time, great placement, friendly driver, excellent ability to store household furnishings during remodel, excellent customer service, and prompt pickup. Received plenty of notice before drop off and pickup. Able to manage all details seamlessly online very quickly. Also received email reminders and updates. All this and was the best priced pod available locally! PODS has it down to a fine science! Would use again and recommend to others in a heartbeat! Thanks!!

Good Job

I used a moving and storage service for my recent relocation, and it made the entire process much easier. The storage container was delivered on schedule, giving me plenty of time to pack at my own pace. Once I was ready, it was picked up and delivered to my new location as promised. All of my belongings arrived safely and in excellent condition.
