Moving company in Spokane, WA
Perfectly Fast Moving were fantastic! Getting a quote was super easy and they even arrived early! The move was quick and everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!
These guys were on time called ahead when they were about 30 minutes out, which they had promised, and they did follow through on. They pay close attention to detail and their professionalism was impeccable. They were very respectful of my furniture how they handled it how they wrapped it and how they moved it into the truck. They were both very Experienced. That was very obvious in the way they packed and wrapped everything and we're very good at communicating throughout the entire process during the pick up day. They even complimented us on our preparation for them coming and we just worked very well together. Nikita was very diligent in completing all the important paperwork and explaining any variations in the whole process. He managed the project extremely well no complaints whatsoever there. I hope they're available if I have to make another move as I feel like they are a step above some of the other companies that are out there in their same company size. I would highly recommend them; as the consumer I would pay close attention to your inventory as that is what builds the quote and if it is not accurate, then there could be unpleasant monetary surprises. Highly recommend them.
Overall great experience! They stayed in close communication and updated us regarding arrival time. Upon arrival they were extremely polite and professional. They were very careful with our belonging, made the most of the space in our uhaul and again communicated with us through the process. I would definitely recommend them!!
The workers are very efficient and professional. They did a great job packing and moving. They used protections to prevent from damaging our house and furniture. Will use them next time. Highly recommend
Moving day was simple thanks to Perfectly fast moving. Dan and Michael packed everything securely, delivered fast, and the price was very reasonable. Both the sales team and customer service stayed in touch and kept us informed throughout.
Everything on this end was great. Excellent communication, arrived on time, worked the entire time( not even a lunch break) Very friendly and courteous Explained in detail the process and answered questions when asked clearly Excellent work Would highly recommend
I contracted the services of Perfectly Fast Moving and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. the team headed by Russel was prompt, courteous and exhibited the highest degree of professionalism throughout the entire job. Visibly tired, but remained very careful in handling my stuff. They finished the job with zero damage to my stuff considering the sharp corners they have to deal with in putting everything in proper places. Excellent service! best value. Highly recommended.
Awesome experience with these guys. Professional. Respectful. Timely. And they take great care to make sure they aren’t damaging anything and handling your items with care.
Very professional And excellent work ethic.. Fully packed up my 2000 square foot house plus backyard in less than 10 hours then on the road. Picked up and swept the house after the trucks. We're packed. Would definitely call them again.
*A Complete Nightmare Scam** My experience with Safe Ship and PF Moving was a disaster. I booked through Safe Ship, believing they owned their trucks—**Lie #1**. They outsource everything and own nothing. **Lie #2**: After three FaceTime assessments, I was quoted $7,500. But when PF Moving loaded my belongings, the price doubled to **$15,000**! This was bait-and-switch. **Lie #3**: I was promised my items would be stored in a climate-controlled warehouse, but when they arrived, candles and Tupperware were melted—there was no climate control. **Lie #4**: They claimed they’d disassemble and reassemble my furniture but lost screws and parts, leaving my furniture in pieces. They even damaged mattresses by folding and shrink-wrapping them. I was overcharged for boxes I never received, and they packed items without my consent. Important boxes didn’t make it. I felt trapped with no choice but to use them as all of this unfolded on my move day. Their misleading contract left me powerless; if I didn't pay, they could keep my belongings and charge more for storage until they could claim them as abandoned. Their teams were unprofessional—I had to threaten police and lawyers in three states to get my items delivered. Safe Ship claimed this was standard practice, blamed me, and stopped returning my calls after I paid $15,000. Which of that cost they got a booking upfront %. I lost priceless family heirlooms and collectibles. Despite my research and trust in BBB ratings, which must be fake because now there are no ratings shown at all, I was completely deceived. **Avoid PF Moving and Safe Ship** at all costs. They are dishonest, unreliable, and have no respect for your belongings. Save yourself the stress, financial loss, and heartbreak—this is the worst moving experience imaginable.
