Moving company in Spokane, WA
Overall great experience! They stayed in close communication and updated us regarding arrival time. Upon arrival they were extremely polite and professional. They were very careful with our belonging, made the most of the space in our uhaul and again communicated with us through the process. I would definitely recommend them!!
was really considering using this company, they gave me an amazing price. Unfortunately the man who reached out to me was very pushy and I told him I would call back in a month because I was getting offers from other companies, he laughed at me for saying that and told me I had 24 hours to give him an answer. He called me today and I told him we were going with another company and he kept pushing me to tell him why and I told him why because it was easier for us to do it they way we have before and he said "that's the reason huh?" And then hung up He was extremely rude and pushy. He did give me a really good price but regardless no one wants to feel pressured into making decision on who you want to trust with all your stuff.
These Guys are AWESOME!! They worked hard the WHOLE time. They genuinely cared about my stuff. Peek the Grandfather clock behind them….not a scratch or broken in any way! That is an accomplishment! They were mindful of the walls to be sure not to ding/scratch. Very successful move!! They were very flexible on the time. Originally had it set up to pack/pick up and store for the week and deliver on a Saturday. Thankfully they were willing to power through to complete it all in one day, which ended in a downpour and no power! Very professional and polite. I will be calling them for my next move!!! I can’t thank you guys enough, you guys ROCKED!!
Amazing company! Helped us with our very high move! These guys worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight. I don't know what we would have done with them! When we move again (which hopefully isn't for a long time lol), will definitely use them again!
The workers are very efficient and professional. They did a great job packing and moving. They used protections to prevent from damaging our house and furniture. Will use them next time. Highly recommend
Misleading Estimates and Terrible Service — Not Recommended My move with Perfectly Fast Moving turned into a major ordeal. We provided a full inventory and clearly stated we were moving from a two-bedroom apartment. Despite that, the initial estimate they gave us drastically underestimated the actual space needed, which now seems like a tactic to undercut competitors and win our business. We only added a couple of items and upgraded a few box sizes — nothing major — but somehow the total jumped to almost $10,000, more than three times the original quote. What made it worse was that we weren’t told about the new total until after everything was already on the truck, leaving us with no leverage or options. We even went the extra mile to move our boxes to the pickup spot ourselves and helped with the furniture, hoping to avoid any surprise fees. Unfortunately, those efforts were completely ignored when it came time to settle the bill. We called right away to try and resolve things and were told a supervisor would be in touch. Hours later, we’re still waiting for a response. The entire experience felt like a scam — shady pricing tactics, no accountability, and zero customer support. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your move.
Mark and Rudik helped me pack up and move to Kansas City. They did an excellent job with packing, took good care of my things, and communicated thoroughly. They were very kind, accommodating, and nice to work with. I would recommend their services through perfectly fast moving.
These guys were on time called ahead when they were about 30 minutes out, which they had promised, and they did follow through on. They pay close attention to detail and their professionalism was impeccable. They were very respectful of my furniture how they handled it how they wrapped it and how they moved it into the truck. They were both very Experienced. That was very obvious in the way they packed and wrapped everything and we're very good at communicating throughout the entire process during the pick up day. They even complimented us on our preparation for them coming and we just worked very well together. Nikita was very diligent in completing all the important paperwork and explaining any variations in the whole process. He managed the project extremely well no complaints whatsoever there. I hope they're available if I have to make another move as I feel like they are a step above some of the other companies that are out there in their same company size. I would highly recommend them; as the consumer I would pay close attention to your inventory as that is what builds the quote and if it is not accurate, then there could be unpleasant monetary surprises. Highly recommend them.
Moving day was simple thanks to Perfectly fast moving. Dan and Michael packed everything securely, delivered fast, and the price was very reasonable. Both the sales team and customer service stayed in touch and kept us informed throughout.
