Poor estimate and poor communication

They picked it up and said they will store it and charge us for holding until we give them an address and date to drop it off at. They randomly called saying they are moving it without having a delivery address! They said they move it prior to calling us so they can't stop it. In what world can you ship anything without a delivery address especially an entire house worth of goods. What poor service.

was really considering using this company, they gave me an amazing price. Unfortunately the man who reached out to me was very pushy and I told him I would call back in a month because I was getting offers from other companies, he laughed at me for saying that and told me I had 24 hours to give him an answer. He called me today and I told him we were going with another company and he kept pushing me to tell him why and I told him why because it was easier for us to do it they way we have before and he said "that's the reason huh?" And then hung up He was extremely rude and pushy. He did give me a really good price but regardless no one wants to feel pressured into making decision on who you want to trust with all your stuff.

Highly recommend Nikita and his helper!!

These guys were on time called ahead when they were about 30 minutes out, which they had promised, and they did follow through on. They pay close attention to detail and their professionalism was impeccable. They were very respectful of my furniture how they handled it how they wrapped it and how they moved it into the truck. They were both very Experienced. That was very obvious in the way they packed and wrapped everything and we're very good at communicating throughout the entire process during the pick up day. They even complimented us on our preparation for them coming and we just worked very well together. Nikita was very diligent in completing all the important paperwork and explaining any variations in the whole process. He managed the project extremely well no complaints whatsoever there. I hope they're available if I have to make another move as I feel like they are a step above some of the other companies that are out there in their same company size. I would highly recommend them; as the consumer I would pay close attention to your inventory as that is what builds the quote and if it is not accurate, then there could be unpleasant monetary surprises. Highly recommend them.

Horrible experience

If I could give a negative review i would. We hired perfectly good movers to move my parents from PA to NY. Everything was great until moving day. They must have subcontracted the job out to another company and did not tell us. We had sent a detailed list of everything going to multiple locations in NY. Most of the moved items consisted of boxes and totes. Everything was labeled and separated except the furniture. There was not much furniture going,but there were a couple of large pieces which were identified. The movers got there and said that the rate I was quoted was too low and we had more stuff than we said and that the furniture was bigger than I said. They raised the price by about $2500. We were on a tight deadline so we had no choice but to agree. They were supposed to have packing supplies for fragile items they did not and in fact they refused to even pack 2 glass lamps even though they were on the list of items to be packed. We had paid both our deposits with a credit card. When the movers got done they told us we needed to pay more money before they would leave because we had not paid for half the move in advance. When I said we would have to put it on the credit card because we didn't have cash and no bank was open, it was now after 6pm and they had started at about 11am. I was then told they don't take credit card. We were never told that a credit card was not acceptable. Then they wanted us to do zelle or cash app or certified check. We finally agreed on a certified check upon delivery. They tried to claim that we had more stuff on the truck then we did by 300 sq feet. Yesterday they called because they needed the list of what goes where because they had removed everything from the truck. The movers had loaded the truck in sections and now it was completely mixed together. They never labeled the furniture by delivery location just put it in the truck in a specific order. Today was delivery day. It was just as bad as pick up day. They claimed they could not get the couch in the elevator at the first location and added $850 to the cost of the move to bring it to the same storage unit with the rest of the furniture. They tried to unload other pieces of furniture at her new apartment that were supposed to go to storage. Things were broken. It has been an absolute miserable experience. I would never recommend this moving company.
