Peasley Moving & Storage

Amazingly impressive!

My recent relocation was seamless, all thanks to the moving crew from Peasley Moving & Storage! They handled my imported furniture carefully. The 3 of them spent a good amount of time wrapping every piece meticulously with bubble wrap, padding and thick fabric cloth. To top it off, they delivered it earlier than I thought too! Thank you to them!

They handled all my stuff with care

John and Hector are quick and respectful of your possessions. They went above and beyond to ensure our possessions arrived safely at our new home. Keep up the good work!

GREAT moving experience

I was satisfied with this company's service, but not with their communication. They were hard to reach by phone or email, and they did not confirm the date and time of the move until the last minute. They also did not give me a clear estimate of the cost, and they added some hidden fees at the end. They did a good job of moving my stuff, but they need to improve their customer service.

If I could do zero star I would

Great movers, poor experience. My daughter had breakables in a box that seemed just thrown in the truck. An office desk was damaged beyond repair and they lost some parts rendering my entertainment center worthless. Then their claims process was a joke. Really? I have to print a pdf, fill it out, and send back? I don’t have a printer. An email/fillable form isn’t available? Pretty convenient. Very good individuals doing the lifting, probably underpaid. But I expect better for $2000+.

Don’t hire these movers.

If needed something from Storage during the winter our rainy season always had to get in mud the outside of the door always muddy too much dust from trucks coming in and out never again and too expensive for a 5 by 10

Efficient and polite moving company

Hiring an expert for my first long-distance relocation made me quite anxious. I had a lot of questions, and they responded to all. The customer support representatives were really helpful in reading the agreement. With the team's assistance, I am no longer a move newbie. Everything went smoothly.

Amazing service at very competitive prices!

I sold the property and found an apartment in a different city because I wanted a change of scenery. The proficiency of the movers ensured a smooth transition. All the things arrived safely and nothing was damaged during the move.
