I appreciated how they disassembled my bed frame and wrapped each piece in plastic to prevent damage. They used straps to secure large furniture pieces and made sure everything fit snugly in the truck. At my new place, they reassembled my furniture exactly as it was before. They also arranged the placement of boxes in each room. It was clear they cared about customer satisfaction.
