Absolute worst moving experience ever!!! Not even worth 1 star!!! Do not believe the lies they will tell you just to get your business!! They subcontracted out to a diffe ... Read More Absolute worst moving experience ever!!! Not even worth 1 star!!! Do not believe the lies they will tell you just to get your business!! They subcontracted out to a different company that showed up in a U-Haul (very unprofessional) and charged double the amount than was initially quoted. Also, called 3 weeks before and told them I was going to have more items, I was being honest with them. I was told not to worry that it was a slow season and I would not be charged for more items. When the movers showed up they were incredibly rude and argued with my husband. We ended up having to pay double the amount and they rented another U-Haul. They showed up a day late and then 2 hours after the time we were told, on top of the scheduled time, the next day. For delivery, same thing a day late after telling us they were on their way, they never showed that day. Showed up 2 hours late the next day and then would not work unloading till they were paid. The boxes and furniture looked like they were thrown around, dents and holes in boxes!!! I had multiple things that were broken and some items that never even showed up!!! A lot of scratches on furniture as well. I have moved many times and have NEVER encountered such unbelievable circumstances!!!
