I’ve used these guys about 4 or 5 times now and they’re always efficient and great company. Dakota and Anthony helped with my recent move and they were both greats guys to work with! Definitely recommend Paramount Van Lines!
Anthony and his team are fantastic movers, willing to wait out a fire and road closures to get it done. We had heavy and fragile furniture and it was well cared for. Thank you Paramount Van Lines!!
Wish I could leave a 0 star. We were moving from AZ to WA. We were quoted at 9k to begin with then 2 days before the move it somehow jumped to 15k. We were told if we were to cancel we would be forfeiting our 7k deposit. Sooo much wrong with how this all went down. Lied about being a broker which they are, lied about only charging based on the space in the truck you take up, lied about how bills of lading work, lied about reassembling furniture, soooo many lies. On top of all of that they were impossible to get ahold of. Now that we have essentially given them a down-payment on a house I will be pursuing legal help.
Paramount Van Lines did a wonderful job. 3 years ago, they moved me and my wife into our new apartment. They were on time, and they did an awesome job with setting everything up in our new apartment. Great Job Paramount Van Lines. God Bless you and your willingness to move people the way you do.
This may be the worst company I have ever done business with in my entire life. They told me they are a trucking company and NOT a broker which is a lie. We also agreed to a flat rate cost of the move which they doubled back on and over charged me $1000 after refusing to do the move for the agreed upon price and refused to give me my deposit back. They also promised me a couple complimentary wardrobe boxes which they did not bring and complimentary wrapping of my tvs which they then charged me over $100 for. DO NOT use this company under any circumstances they will lie to you about everything and make empty promises then upcharge you on move in day. This is a horrible and disgusting way to do business and I hope they never get any business again so they are unable to take advantage of anyone else.
They helped me move out of my apartment quick! I will 1000% use Paramount Van Lines again and specifically request them if possible because how does anyone have a great attitude while moving in 100 degree weather. I recommend them to anyone looking to move.
Do not use them!!! I moved my grandma from North Carolina to Florida recently. Told them she had a flight the same day they were coming and needed to leave by 2 PM. They made her miss her flight and have to wait in the airport sitting in a wheelchair all alone for hours!! This was on 4/27/25. Today is 5/8/25 and they still haven’t delivered her belongings!!!!! She is sleeping on a couch of her friends house for the last two weeks. Because she can’t move into her apartment because she doesn’t have anything to sleep on. Not to mention, they completely ripped her off by doubling the charge we were quoted!! She lived in a studio apartment and they charged her almost $5000 when we were quoted under $3000. Horrible people.
Amazing experience! The team was fast, respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. They handled everything with care and treated my home as if it were their own. Made the move completely stress-free. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up just the way I wanted it. Highly recommend them if you want a smooth and thoughtful moving experience!
I lost my dining table in the move. I had stressed to the movers multiple times that they needed to be extra careful with the item because it belonged to my family. To the contrary, by stacking many heavy boxes on top of the truck, they damaged its surface and broke two of its legs.
The team was on schedule and relocated my stuff without any problems. They completed everything swiftly and with great friendliness.
