Movers went above and beyond to make sure all of our belongings were taken care of and moved efficiently and effectively. Even though we ended up having way more stuff than we thought we would, the movers helping us were polite, friendly, and even lent us a moving blanket for my daughter to play on while they worked. They got the job done and took care of everything!
They helped me move out of my apartment quick! I will 1000% use Paramount Van Lines again and specifically request them if possible because how does anyone have a great attitude while moving in 100 degree weather. I recommend them to anyone looking to move.
James and his crew were outstanding from start to finish! They gave us the most competitive quotation and on moving day, the guys arrived 15 minutes early and made sure that all the hallways and door jams were covered. Took their time to shrink wrap and blanket-wrap furniture, and they even managed to remove a large wardrobe from our small apartment without requiring us to disassemble it. Without a doubt, I'd use them once more.
I was quite impressed by the movers' efficiency and expertise; they arrived promptly and got to work. Especially my artwork and delicate glassware, they handled with the utmost care because of how organized they were. Before carefully wrapping everything, they made sure nothing could break. Upon arrival at my new address, they promptly unloaded everything and helped me arrange the furniture according to my specifications.
We recently moved to Florida and needed help moving all of our things from climate-controlled storage units into a new house >3,000 sq ft house about 40 minutes away. We had four movers: Avoin, Dakota, Anthony and Reinial. They were efficient in getting the two trucks loaded quickly. All four were very strong and smart. They worked well as a team and were adaptable. If they noticed a workflow bottleneck, they quickly adjusted to fix it. They were proactive in communicating with each other to make things go smoothly. Unloading was very smooth and quick. The entire process was painless from getting scheduled to moving day. Hopefully, we won't move again for a long time, but if we do, I would definitely use them again.
Absolutely terrible. Expect your pricing to go up from your initial estimate by at least down. Originally priced at $2600 to move my storage unit with I was off by 5% when asked how full. Then I get a call to verify info and I also sent in pictures and was given another price to $3200 which I accepted, was told it was the worst case scenario number. Then movers get to the unit and apparently they had to box things up which I was not told about and it I went from 49 items to 62 items which caused my price to go another $1000. So went from a $2600 estimate to a $4200 bill. As I mentioned, expect your bill to be the complete opposite of what you were told. Customer service was extremely rude as well when trying to get this resolved.
Amazing experience! The team was fast, respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. They handled everything with care and treated my home as if it were their own. Made the move completely stress-free. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up just the way I wanted it. Highly recommend them if you want a smooth and thoughtful moving experience!
These folks are the real deal. I had a last minute change and needed movers quickly for a ~300 mile move out of state. Sean on the phone was able to pull it together and make it happen. Movers showed up on time and delivered on time. Price for the move was competitive! Anthony was the main guy and was super professional and motivated. Highly recommended. I've used movers in other parts of Florida and Paramount Van Lines take the cake!
