Extremely professional and very good at managing the move. All my pieces were intact, they were super helpful in protecting all my furniture, lamps, etc. and they moved everything within the timeframe I needed
Brandon truck 23… made everything so easy. I was so stressed and they kept their patience. Thabk you Otter and Brandon and Robert
After reading my wife’s review, I wanted to add my own perspective because the experience really was that fantastic. What stood out to me most was how calm and in-control the entire crew was from the moment they arrived. Moving days are usually chaotic — this one wasn’t. The team was organized, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled everything carefully, communicated well, and never rushed in a sloppy way. The move from Staten Island to Brooklyn went smoothly, and everything arrived exactly as it left — no damage, no issues, no surprises. Pricing was fair and transparent, which I really appreciated, and the work ethic across the board was solid. It felt like a crew that actually takes pride in their work, which is rare. Big respect to Otter Moving and especially truck #30. If you’re on the fence about hiring movers, these are the guys you want.
