Bad company, hidden costs. At the beginning they are respectful and willing to help. After signing the attention disappears, at the moment of the service they are rude and don't have respect for your furniture, don't forget one single box cause if they use only one box the cost is 150 dolls per material used. If there is a long distance even if they said that they are going to use a normal truck for your stuff, at the end they charge to you extra money for a shelter not communicated since the beginning. 1 dollar per cubic feet. And in that moment you have not more options that pay. The damaged my stuff and they don't care about it, the control that they have with your boxes is really poorly, I received boxes that were not mine and I had missing stuff. You can recover just 50 dlls per box if you decide fight for insurance. And a major insurance the deductible is really high. Not worth to hire it. Bad experience and bad company

Alex and Robert were beyond amazing! They were very communicative throughout the entire process and moved very efficiently. They paid attention to detail and were extremely careful with my belongings. They moved me in record time from an upstairs apartment to a 2 story house and I couldn’t be happier with their service! I 100% recommend OM Van Lines as they are honest and very hardworking!
Robert and his team are amazing!! They worked with us, a week before our move we have to change the date and they didn’t have any problems with our change. They were super professionals, they wrapped everything and everything got delivery in perfect condition! I highly recommend OM Van Lines! You can’t find anyone like them!!! Thanks to all!
I encourage EVERYONE to stay as far away from this company as possible. Bait and switched us at haul away with over $800 dollars in fees.. even though we had less than we quoted them! One TV, one barstool, a couch and two other items we didn’t even have the take! Yet somehow we were “over the quoted space” and they demanded an additional $700. Items were already on the truck we had no choice but to pay, even when we had way less than we told them we would! Then their subcontractor called us 3 days before delivery and told us we’d have to pay $425 or they wouldn’t deliver our belongings even though a smaller truck wasn’t necessary for delivery. They even told us they’d leave everything and not set up our belongings (which is in the contract)! And now to top it all off, they gave us a box of pampers instead of the box with my luxury items! Purses, all my sheets for my bed, and my bathroom materials are now mia. This on top of my nightstand being broken. Bait and switched us to charge an extra $1200 throughout this process and now this… truly a nightmare company BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM! Reached out to their customer service who was combative with us… when their company is the one clearly falling short if you look at these reviews. Smh.
OM Van Lines were amazing!! They moved everything efficiently and quickly, wrapped everything so well so that nothing was damaged, and put everything in place where we needed when we arrived at our new home. Cannot recommend them enough!

After weeks of research, OM Van Lines won us over with a polished salesman who promised “door-to-door carrier service” and a locked-in price. He had us film every room on FaceTime; we signed the same day. That signature was the most expensive mistake we’ve ever made. Pickup Day Three men arrived on time but reeking of last night’s whiskey. One bragged, “Man, I’m still seeing two of everything.” They laughed, dropped our mahogany dresser down the stairs, and shot me a death stare when I asked them to slow down. By the time the truck was loaded, the foreman slid a new invoice across the tailgate—exactly 2.1× the quote. “Pay now or we drive away with your life,” he said. We paid. The Vanishing Act Delivery window: 5–7 days. Reality: 16 days of radio silence. Customer service went from “any minute now” to voicemail purgatory. When the truck finally backed in, it wasn’t even an OM Van Lines truck—just some unmarked rig with a different crew who had no idea what was ours. The Damage Report • Couch broken in two pieces • Antique bar table: one leg snapped clean off • Antique coin collection: gone forever • Total claimed loss: $15,000. OM’s response: “File a claim.” Six weeks later—crickets. We later discovered OM Van Lines is not a carrier; they’re a broker who auctions your move to the lowest bidder. Every promise they made was legally meaningless. If you’re reading this while holding their quote, close the tab. Pay more, sleep at night, and arrive with your sanity—and your grandmother’s china—intact. We learned the hard way: a deal that sounds too good is usually a disaster in disguise. Save yourself. Choose anyone else.
WE LOVE EVERYONE WITH OM VAN LINES.....ALL DID THEIR BEST, AND IT WAS A HARD MOVE FROM OUR 10TH FLOOR OCEAN APT.... WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO THEM. YOUR FINE SERVICES......EVERYONE HAD A SMILE, AND ONLY WANTED TO HELP.... WE ARE STILL "DIGGING OUT", AND UN-PACKING THE MANY BOXES.... WHAT WOULD WE EVER HAD DONE W/O OM VAN LINES!! HIREE THEM TODAY!!! 5 *****!!
