Moving company in Rochelle Park, NJ
The two men who came to pack my stuff and relocate it the next day were amazing. They were respectful and worked really hard on both days. If I had to move by myself it would've taken a lot of time. Thank you!
Bad company, hidden costs. At the beginning they are respectful and willing to help. After signing the attention disappears, at the moment of the service they are rude and don't have respect for your furniture, don't forget one single box cause if they use only one box the cost is 150 dolls per material used. If there is a long distance even if they said that they are going to use a normal truck for your stuff, at the end they charge to you extra money for a shelter not communicated since the beginning. 1 dollar per cubic feet. And in that moment you have not more options that pay. The damaged my stuff and they don't care about it, the control that they have with your boxes is really poorly, I received boxes that were not mine and I had missing stuff. You can recover just 50 dlls per box if you decide fight for insurance. And a major insurance the deductible is really high. Not worth to hire it. Bad experience and bad company
The team of four movers were on time, professional, and so helpful! There was no parking on my street on account of preparations for a parade and these guys secured the best possible parking spot. They moved all of my items carefully- nothing broke and nothing was lost. They even helped me arrange things in my new apartment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving. The price was right- I didn’t want to and didn’t have to lift a finger. All in all the move was done in 3.5 hours with a solid 30 minute drive to the new location.
Every step of the process was efficient and courteous. Scheduling and determining the correct pricing was literally "OM Van Lines." The movers arrived a few minutes early and were very polite. They completed the job quickly and with minimal noise. We were very satisfied. They packed my big TVs with great care, and the disassembly and reassembly of my bed frames and office desk was perfect. They took my stress away from the move and did everything I could ever wanted from movers.
This company does an outstanding job. Used OM Van Lines twice and can't say enough. Very easy to work with and extremely accommodating when we rescheduled several times. They guys sent were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Highly Recommend Them!
I had used this moving company because I was moving from my old house in New York to Tennessee. This company had made this hole process easy. Also they took gental care of the items as they were moving them in and out of the house. Overall pretty good service and I would recommend this company to anyone that is going to be moving .
Communication was excellent from the initial booking to the day of the move. They kept me informed every step of the way, which helped alleviate any stress I had about the process. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.
Really great experience! OM Van Lines called ahead of time to let us know when they were coming. They were prompt, friendly, quick & professional. Manny coordinated everything for us - he was very friendly!
