Moving company in Rochelle Park, NJ
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Professional during entire process and always transparent with pricing. If/when I move again, OM Van Lines will be my first call. Thank you!
I’m so happy to find OM Van Lines!! I had a wonderful experience with this moving team. Great company and very good priced, they were very punctual, carefully, professional and quickly! I give them 5 stars for superior service and amazing customer service quality as well.
Bad company, hidden costs. At the beginning they are respectful and willing to help. After signing the attention disappears, at the moment of the service they are rude and don't have respect for your furniture, don't forget one single box cause if they use only one box the cost is 150 dolls per material used. If there is a long distance even if they said that they are going to use a normal truck for your stuff, at the end they charge to you extra money for a shelter not communicated since the beginning. 1 dollar per cubic feet. And in that moment you have not more options that pay. The damaged my stuff and they don't care about it, the control that they have with your boxes is really poorly, I received boxes that were not mine and I had missing stuff. You can recover just 50 dlls per box if you decide fight for insurance. And a major insurance the deductible is really high. Not worth to hire it. Bad experience and bad company
These guys are great!!! Had such a great experience right from the start. They’re fast and clean. I had a lot of heavy stuff like a Piano along with some antique furniture and they were just amazing handling everything. Very professional and organized. I definitely recommend OM Van Lines.
While my quote from OM Van Lines was a little higher than the other quote I received, I chose them for the option of the consignment store. The young men that arrived to move my furniture were very nice and worked fast and efficiently. Unfortunately, a beveled mirror and a piece of glass in an antique cabinet were broken. The men were very apologetic and brought those pieces back to the shop to be repaired. Robert and Frank worked diligently to find the appropriate wavy glass and have these pieces repaired properly. I cannot say enough about their perseverance and integrity. I would highly recommend OM Van Lines Moving!
Alex and his staff is wonderful. I called last min for my move and they were excellent. They wrap my furniture perfectly and secured my belongs. I would definitely recommend OM Van Lines to everyone. Thank you for your service
Great positive experience. Guys work hard, carefully, efficiently and are very professional. Would hire OM Van Lines again any day. Highly recommended!!!
Robert and his team are amazing!! They worked with us, a week before our move we have to change the date and they didn’t have any problems with our change. They were super professionals, they wrapped everything and everything got delivery in perfect condition! I highly recommend OM Van Lines! You can’t find anyone like them!!! Thanks to all!
Having moved into a rental just 6 months prior, the prospect of packing was overwhelming. That's why I turned to OM Van Lines for assistance. Frank, Alex, and their team swiftly and expertly packed our entire 2-bedroom unit in a mere 2 hours. Every item was treated with care, and our move-in experience was seamless—they even assembled our beds in our new home. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any future moves; their efficiency and professionalism are unparalleled. Undoubtedly the top choice in NewJersey!
The worst mistake of my life. Broke many big ticket items. Damaged both homes. Held my property hostage for cash. Delayed delivery by 2 weeks. Was told that a good tip prevents damages. Just an awful company. Lied about everything from how many boxes i had to insurance coverages. Would never recommend this company. I would not have used them had my husband not needed a live saving surgery while fighting stage 3 cancer. Just a bad company.
