Never picked up items, kept deposits. LIED about status! Lied about pick up, lied about drivers, hired the driver from Craigslist the day the goods were to be picked up. NEVER PICKED UP ITEMS, kept both deposits even after they breached the contract by hiring someone from Craigslist that is uninsured, not vetted by the company etc. Promised a refund but have stopped returning phone calls and emails! I have also filed a complaint with BBB. DO NOT TRUST! DO NOT USE! This is a BAD COMPANY!

When the items arrived, they were delivered by three cheerful, hard workers, who did their best to make the delivery as swift and easy as possible. This is absolutely the worse moving service and believe me it’s not an exaggeration they are brokers that send you off to third parties they get off Craigslist customer service is horrible and they are rude because they have you in a contract and they have your stufff,very nice and professional when they’re soliciting you one you sign that contract everything changes even The price they tell one price for storage I had to pay a $1000 dollars when they told me it was $300
