WARNING…. Do not use this company. I booked them over a month before my move and the day of my move they try to cancel after I called to see where they were. My move was pushed back several hours (after I made a fuss about it) and once I got the furniture in the new place I see that many pieces were damaged. It was documented and I was told the owner would reach out to me the next day. Well a couple of days later I reached out to the owner about it and he offered a small refund. I accepted it and here we are 2 months later and I still haven’t received my check. First it was oh let me check with the office because it was mailed. Then it was we have to mail it but I will hand deliver it. Michael the boss hasn’t kept his word and now hasn’t returned my messages. Horrible service!!! I don’t recommend this company.

Beware Unprofessional Company
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my husband, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.

Steer clear from them!
Terrible experience! They upcharge for every little thing – after agreeing on a price, they tried adding fees for “extra stairs” at my new place, which was already included in the initial quote! My bed frame arrived damaged, and my dining table was completely scratched. Customer service was rude and refused to help, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. Steer clear from them!

Great value! Headache free!
It was a pleasure to work with them since they were so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly since they worked well together and asked questions quickly. I'm getting ready to move again, and this time I'll definitely need Next Door Relocators help.

I highly recommend them.
I sincerely appreciate this firm for showing me such kindness when I was about to give up. The icing on the cake was that they complied perfectly when I gave them a deadline to move my belongings because I had other obligations. I highly recommend them.

This was easily the worst moving experience I’ve ever had!
The most inexperienced movers I’ve hired to date! These movers clearly didn’t know what they were doing – they dropped boxes, scratched my sofa, and left a mess in every room. One of them even asked to borrow tools from me because they “forgot” theirs. This was easily the worst moving experience I’ve ever had!

Worst moving experience every
This was by far the worst moving experience possible. Filled with delays, deception, and illegal pricing. I was quoted for a 6-hour move, but when the job was done, it took more than 11 hours. This was based on the late arrival (almost 3 hours), an injured mover, and a useless 300lb+ replacement. At the end of the job, the owner charged me for a 16-hour move, with a supposedly discounted. When I went to review the invoice, he had stripped it away from the initial documentation. I requested the invoice the next day, only to see that he had over-charged me for hours not worked. Based on previous reviews, this is a normal pattern for this company. I confronted the owner, who shouted and yelled at me over the phone. Would not let me speak and proceeded to hang up on me and text with insanity. I am going to file any necessary complaint to prevent him from doing this to anyone else. He must be confronted and stopped for this outrageous practice being performed on innocent consumers.

Bloody basters
When I called the company to report the fraud, they said they could not intervene. My mother lost a lot of money and some jewels but she didn't blame anyone. I wish I would give them 0 stars, but there is no option!

Aweful!
Worst experience ever! My carpet was ruined by one of the movers. Spend less money and do it yourself. They constantly nickel and dime you.

Never hiring them again!
Next Door Relocators is completely unreliable! The moving crew didn’t show up until late evening, and offered no explanation. To make it worse, they were in a rush, tossed boxes around, and left dirt on my carpet. They also tried to charge me for ‘extra weight’ when it was clearly an average move. Never hiring them again!
