Moving company in Atlanta, GA
The service I've received from Next Door Relocators has been excellent. My household goods move was completed with the utmost care and professionalism. I'm happy with the outcome, and I thought the guys working on it were excellent to work with. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work quickly and effectively.
This was by far the worst moving experience possible. Filled with delays, deception, and illegal pricing. I was quoted for a 6-hour move, but when the job was done, it took more than 11 hours. This was based on the late arrival (almost 3 hours), an injured mover, and a useless 300lb+ replacement. At the end of the job, the owner charged me for a 16-hour move, with a supposedly discounted. When I went to review the invoice, he had stripped it away from the initial documentation. I requested the invoice the next day, only to see that he had over-charged me for hours not worked. Based on previous reviews, this is a normal pattern for this company. I confronted the owner, who shouted and yelled at me over the phone. Would not let me speak and proceeded to hang up on me and text with insanity. I am going to file any necessary complaint to prevent him from doing this to anyone else. He must be confronted and stopped for this outrageous practice being performed on innocent consumers.
Michael and his team covered everything with large blankets and plastic wrap to secure things. They cautiously rolled up our carpets, fastening them firmly with straps.
They arrived on time, maintained order in the workplace, and got a lot done. They assessed what I need on this hot day, assisted me, and made the process of moving pleasant. We highly recommend Next Door Relocators.
The most dreadful experience I’ve had with a moving company! The movers barely acknowledged me and handled my belongings as if they were trash. My dining table arrived with a cracked leg, and they left footprints on my new carpet. When I asked about the damage, they shrugged. This company has no respect for their clients!
Terrible experience! They upcharge for every little thing – after agreeing on a price, they tried adding fees for “extra stairs” at my new place, which was already included in the initial quote! My bed frame arrived damaged, and my dining table was completely scratched. Customer service was rude and refused to help, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. Steer clear from them!
The huge storage area at Next Door Relocators saved my life by giving me plenty of room to hide and safely store my bulky things.
Big thanks to Next Door Relocators for an awesome moving experience! They were on time, super-efficient, and very careful with my stuff. The team was friendly and professional, making everything stress-free. Prices were clear and fair, with no surprises. Highly recommend them for an easy move!
They never took a break from their working hours and weren't charged for the break time. They wore name badges and carried themselves professionally.
The movers worked tirelessly to complete the assignment despite being three hours late. Many items were damaged or scratched, and some were even left behind.
