Moving company in Atlanta, GA
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my husband, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.
I sincerely appreciate this firm for showing me such kindness when I was about to give up. The icing on the cake was that they complied perfectly when I gave them a deadline to move my belongings because I had other obligations. I highly recommend them.
Very unprofessional! The movers showed up without warning, about 3 hours late. When I requested updates, they were impolite and disrespectful. Furthermore, they billed me more for their delay, stating it was because of traffic. Stay away from this business at all costs!
Our experience with the movers we hired was unsatisfactory. As they attempted to move our belongings off the lift into our storage unit, the truck sustained damages, and the workbench almost tipped over. My sister and I had to assist in preventing the workbench from breaking. The movers were unfriendly, and they rescheduled the appointment and arrived late. The move was carried out under my brother's name. Overall, we would not recommend or hire their services again.
It was a pleasure to work with them since they were so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly since they worked well together and asked questions quickly. I'm getting ready to move again, and this time I'll definitely need Next Door Relocators help.
Movers arrived the day before I was to leave, and the estimate I received online did not match the price I charged. I could not stop them since I had to vacate my house because I had sold it. I was forced to accept the price they offered me, three times more than the quotation.
The most dreadful experience I’ve had with a moving company! The movers barely acknowledged me and handled my belongings as if they were trash. My dining table arrived with a cracked leg, and they left footprints on my new carpet. When I asked about the damage, they shrugged. This company has no respect for their clients!
Worst experience ever! My carpet was ruined by one of the movers. Spend less money and do it yourself. They constantly nickel and dime you.
Even if the vehicle is delayed beyond the three-day window, you won't receive a phone call. You need to make touch with them since they are all blinking on the dashboard. You beg for a refund since you have to get back to your house, but they don't give it to you. It is your fault that the move can't be finished since you really must go back to your house right now and just can't be away for another four days until a new truck is delivered.
This was by far the worst moving experience possible. Filled with delays, deception, and illegal pricing. I was quoted for a 6-hour move, but when the job was done, it took more than 11 hours. This was based on the late arrival (almost 3 hours), an injured mover, and a useless 300lb+ replacement. At the end of the job, the owner charged me for a 16-hour move, with a supposedly discounted. When I went to review the invoice, he had stripped it away from the initial documentation. I requested the invoice the next day, only to see that he had over-charged me for hours not worked. Based on previous reviews, this is a normal pattern for this company. I confronted the owner, who shouted and yelled at me over the phone. Would not let me speak and proceeded to hang up on me and text with insanity. I am going to file any necessary complaint to prevent him from doing this to anyone else. He must be confronted and stopped for this outrageous practice being performed on innocent consumers.
