Super easy & helpful to work with. Clear & good communication. They uncrated a bathtub & carefully moved it into my master bath without damaging the tub or hitting any walls. No issues & a fair price. I never write reviews, but I wanted to for these guys. When I eventually move, I will call New Start Relocation.
I want to thank New Start Moving Services for their hard work and making our move to Coral Spring, FL smooth as possible. Our crew of Oscar, Matt, and Madison were courteous, professional and showed with beast mode engaged and ready to work. New Start Relocation was very accommodating to our situation which we really appreciate. The Sales rep even showed up and helped his crew unload the truck. That is hard to find. I highly recommend New Start Relocation to anyone needing moving services. Once again and big thank you to Hugo and his crew!

New Start Relocation is phenomenal. The office staff was quick to respond and addressed any of my concerns. The crew that they sent on moving day was everything you’d want in a crew. They showed up on time, were easy to communicate with, handled my things with care, worked efficiently, and knew what they were doing. The lead on the crew—Matt—was super professional and a genuinely friendly guy. He regularly checked in with me throughout the move to make sure I was happy with the process. Love this company!
Mike, Matt, and JOSEPH WERE AMAZING and If anyone needs a moving company, I HIGHLY recommend New Start Relocation! The gentleman showed up as scheduled and ready to get things done! They were very helpful and respectful… Even though it was a tough move! They took pride in their work and made sure it was done right! The owner stopped in introduce himself and make sure everything was going good! It was better than amazing! I cannot recommend them enough!

Mike and Hugo's crews were great! They were very professional and responsive. They were able to pack us up and move us quicker than what we were initially quoted. All the gentlemen on their teams were extremely punctual and respectful. This is our second time to use them and we will be using them one more time when they move us in to our new build in about a month.
Just moved to San Diego, CA! New Start Relocation did an excellent job. They moved our entire house with no damage whatsoever. The crew was very careful, polite, and respectful. Oscar was very communicative, prompt, and called to check in with me throughout the entire process. After a long day, and I could tell they were beat, the crew even offered to stay and help us set up any furniture that we needed.
