Our family has had some horrible movers
Our family has had some horrible movers in the past. This time around I did a lot of research and read tons of reviews. New Start Relocation seemed to have the best reviews so I took a chance with them, hoping for the best! I was not disappointed!!! These guys were amazing!! Worked so hard, handled all my furniture with care and went the extra mile for us!!!! These guys are first class! Will never use another company again! 5/5!!!!!!

It is always very rare to see an almost perfect
It is always very rare to see an almost perfect review score for any business. In the case of New Start Relocation, they deserve it and then some. We had the pleasure of working with Joseph and his team for our move over 1800 miles away. Not only was the packing and delivery done with the upmost professionalism and care for our items, but the entire group that worked with us provided some of the most outstanding customer service I have ever had. Everything arrived safe and on schedule where Joseph also made sure to have every box and item placed exactly where I needed it to go. I can't recommend this team enough. They will give you peace of mind and make sure the move is pain free. Look no further.

Danny and his team were AWESOME
Danny and his team were AWESOME! They arrived on time, did a quick walk thru to identify any items needing special attention, and got straight to business getting everything safely on their truck. They were like the Energizer Bunnies, they didn't stop moving from arrival until job was done! So FAST, and Careful! Furniture was wrapped for protection before it was moved. Great Guys! Will DEFINITELY Call for them Again for my next move! Give them a raise!

Just moved to San Diego, CA
Just moved to San Diego, CA! New Start Relocation did an excellent job. They moved our entire house with no damage whatsoever. The crew was very careful, polite, and respectful. Oscar was very communicative, prompt, and called to check in with me throughout the entire process. After a long day, and I could tell they were beat, the crew even offered to stay and help us set up any furniture that we needed. I’d highly recommend New Start Relocation in Boynton Beach, FL for any moving needs.

Coordinating a corporate relocation
Coordinating a corporate relocation from Boynton Beach to Fort Worth is complex. Their office team handled all the scheduling and updates, providing a single point of contact. The movers themselves were punctual, polished, and respectful of both the empty office space and the new one. They turned a major logistical hurdle into a straightforward process. Definitely recommend New Start Relocation!!

Oscar and his crew were fantastic
Oscar and his crew were fantastic!!!Communication was excellent from start to finish. Despite the inoperable freight elevator at my apartment complex, they had no trouble navigating the building and moving everything using the regular elevator. What could have been a big inconvenience, they handled with ease and without complaint. Oscar reassured me the elevator situation was no problem at all.

Such a good experience with these guys! Highly recommend New Start Relocation! They helped me move heavy furniture I had on a second floor apartment down 2 flights of steep stairs and into my new home. Very professional, friendly and super fast work. Would not hesitate to use their service again

Madison was the epitome of professionalism
Madison was the epitome of professionalism. He introduced his team, reviewed the plan, and maintained a clean and safe worksite. He was clearly in command of the logistics, which allowed us to completely focus on our family instead of the move. Leadership like that defines a premium moving company. Highly recommend New Start Relocation!!
