My moving appointment did not go according to the schedule I was given. The late arrival caused a chain of delays that lasted through the rest of the day. I received very little explanation for the changes. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
Could not be more thankful! We needed last-minute packing and they had extra packing materials onsite. So, our move went off without any delays, either!
The one thing that impressed me most was the respectability of the movers. They wore protective coverings when needed, took care around the walls, and left no mess. Moving is stressful enough without worrying about damage to your property. Communication was good among the crew, and they kept us informed the whole time. They seemed concerned about doing a good job.

This was in the middle of a steady rainfall. The movers placed heavy furniture runners on the hardwood hallways and carpeted stairs to protect the floor from mud and water damage. Very professional and caring.
