The crew was both friendly and professional and kept me informed when they required clarification on placement of items. Overall it was a very positive experience.

My toddler was having a meltdown on moving day because his nap schedule got ruined. Peter saw me trying to calm a screaming child while also pointing at boxes, so he told me to just focus on my kid, and he would figure out the rest. When I came back outside two hours later, everything was already on the truck and labeled by room.
