I usually do not leave reviews, but this experience was worth mentioning. The team handled the entire move in a calm and professional way. It gave me a sense of relief knowing I did not have to worry about anything going wrong.
The crew have gone above and beyond with the care they took of our belongings. They wrapped up sofa, chairs, tables, and bedroom furniture, and locked them up for the move. They also read the smaller boxes which had fragile labels. No items were damaged, lost or broken and the house was clean when it was unloaded.
Truck #T-902 completed Order #SC-22415 in less than 3 hours. The crew moved hundreds of books, using rolling library bins and commercial crate carts, without any need to purchase individual cardboard boxes.
Our move in July went better than expected. The workers took their time to do things right and were easy to communicate with. When we finished, it felt like the job had been done properly.

The safelight was detached and wrapped separately. The truck was loaded to prevent any jarring. In the new space, they set up the enlarger table first. They followed our layout diagram exactly.
I was worried about my glass items because the previous company had broken most of them. But the team wrapped it separately and even pointed it out to me when they loaded it, so I knew they were being careful with it.
