I was in that exact position for almost four months before I finally booked National Pro Moving, and I genuinely wish I had done it sooner. The team was easy to communicate with from the first call all the way through to the last box being placed in the new house.
We had some big furniture items to move, even though only to another home, in the same building. The service lift was utilized, and shared hallways were protected. All furniture was moved to the right rooms. All furnishings were moved to the right rooms.
National Pro Moving handled both the packing and the transportation with great attention. I noticed they wrapped the furniture carefully and secured everything tightly in the truck. The delivery was completed within the expected time frame. Overall, it was a well-managed service.
The unloading was as well planned as the loading. The remainder, larger pieces, were carried in first and the boxes worked through. They took the time to find out where we wanted our furniture to go before setting it up. They weren't going to leave it there. The extra effort was helpful in making the transition easier.
The rainy day moving day is the toughest of all tests for any moving company, and these guys aced it. It rained buckets all morning while we were loading the truck. The team carefully laid down heavy-duty rubber runners on our carpet and covered the floors with plastic sheeting so no drop of mud could spread. They shrink-wrapped all mattresses and fabric sofas tightly and kept them dry during the trip. Astounding perseverance in the middle of bad weather.
I really enjoyed my experience! I didn't have a job for a few weeks, so I had to store everything temporarily with my family. I was afraid my stuff wouldn't be handled well, especially the breakable items. But the movers recorded all the boxes, labeled everything and organized the unit so you could easily remove items when you were ready. Thank you sincerely!

The final estimate was a bit less than what it came out to be because I added a few extra pieces of furniture at the last minute. The company has been transparent and informative, and there were no surprises. I was pleased they were being honest with me.
