That short walkthrough made the next part easier because they already knew what to expect. They loaded all the things in the truck and then secure them using straps so they wont shift during the drive.
My old apartment had about 22 steps and no elevator, which was a huge problem for my heavy queen mattress and the solid oak dresser. Phillip didn't even complain about the heat and just kept moving until the entire bedroom was cleared out and loaded into the truck. I am so relieved that the hard part is over.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and always available to answer my questions. Everything was handled with great care and completed on time. I would definitely recommend their service to others.
