The movers were friendly and professional. They packed the truck carefully and made sure all of my furniture arrived in good condition.
My office moved to a new building last week, and we had a lot of computers and desks to relocate. The team from National Pro Moving showed up with labels and organized everything by department. They made a list of where each box should go in the new space. They worked around our employees who were still packing up their personal items. The whole process was smooth and professional. I would hire them again for sure.
The move took place between two places that had very different layouts. I showed the crew around first, so they understood how the rooms were arranged. That short walkthrough made the next part easier because they already knew what to expect. They loaded all the things in the truck and then secure them using straps so they wont shift during the drive.
Our washer/dryer was particularly hard to move and the movers were very helpful with that. They carefully disconnected them and ensured that they were safe for transport. Here they placed them where we needed them, and didn't scratch the floor.
I had a mix of packed and unpacked items. Instead of asking me to reorganize everything, they worked around it and packed the remaining items on site. The move stayed on schedule because of that.
The whole moving process was smooth. Crew was on board and ready to go at the appointed time with moving blankets, dollies, straps and tape. They stored my furniture and boxes safely.
Several boxes were unloaded into the wrong rooms at the new house. I had to go through the boxes and move them myself afterward. This made unpacking take considerably longer than necessary. Clearer labeling and better unloading organization would have helped.
It was a long day, but the team stayed focused until the very last box was inside the new garage. I had a lot of stuff stored in the attic that was a pain to get down, but they didn't seem to mind at all. They worked through the afternoon and kept a steady pace until the job was done. Getting everything offloaded at the new house was quick and saved me so much physical labor.
We moved long distances and used their packing service the day before our move. They packed the kitchen and furniture, and all the materials were taken. All boxes were marked with the room and the contents. Again, they were there on moving day, loaded and delivered all in superb condition. Well done!
I liked that they confirmed the address and details again before starting. It sounds small, but it avoided any confusion during the move.
