I applaud them!
I had a cross-town move into a rental home with carpeted floors and used National Pro Moving. They were right away using protective runners and didn't drag anything. I didn't need to ask them, they know what they want. They washed off the furniture before they could come in under any circumstances, and they never left a mark on it, even in the rain. I applaud them!

Unforgettable Experience
The move took place between two places that had very different layouts. I showed the crew around first, so they understood how the rooms were arranged. That short walkthrough made the next part easier because they already knew what to expect. They loaded all the things in the truck and then secure them using straps so they wont shift during the drive.

They did a great job from start to end
My old apartment had about 22 steps and no elevator, which was a huge problem for my heavy queen mattress and the solid oak dresser. Phillip didn't even complain about the heat and just kept moving until the entire bedroom was cleared out and loaded into the truck. I am so relieved that the hard part is over.

Things just kept moving along at a steady pace.
Not sure how to explain it exactly, but the move felt less stressful than I expected. There was no constant back and forth, and I did not feel like I had to keep checking what was happening. Things just kept moving along at a steady pace.

delightful experience
My wife laughed when I said I was writing a review for movers, but these guys deserve it. We had them pack our whole kitchen because we just ran out of time. When we unpacked at the new house, I found little notes on some boxes. One said plates this side up, and another said coffee stuff open first. Little things like that made unpacking so much easier over the next few days.

Very professional and caring.
I needed to move for work, and it wasn't a short-distance move from home. Thankfully, the team they had in place was brilliant, ensuring they knew what to transport, where to take it and that all the fragile items were properly packed and transported. I had an easy move!

Above and Beyond Service
I had my things sitting in a storage unit for months and finally found a new place. Everything was packed tight in that unit, and I didn’t even know where to start. The movers organized it quickly and made space to work without throwing things around. A couple of my plastic bins were cracked from storage, and they re-wrapped those items to keep them safe. They placed things exactly where I asked, even when I changed my mind once or twice. It was a long day, but they handled it well.
