Overall, it was a good experience. I didn't have to repeat myself because everyone followed the fundamental directions I gave at the beginning.
The final estimate was a bit less than what it came out to be because I added a few extra pieces of furniture at the last minute. The company has been transparent and informative, and there were no surprises. I was pleased they were being honest with me.

He told me when they were loading and when they were ten minutes away from my new place. That made me feel so much safe during the move.
The move took place between two places that had very different layouts. I showed the crew around first, so they understood how the rooms were arranged. That short walkthrough made the next part easier because they already knew what to expect. They loaded all the things in the truck and then secure them using straps so they wont shift during the drive.
I can't thank these movers enough! I was concerned about my electronics and crockery, but these movers packed and moved them all safely. They even set up some stuff at my new home. Total pros!
