The unloading was as well planned as the loading. The remainder, larger pieces, were carried in first and the boxes worked through. They took the time to find out where we wanted our furniture to go before setting it up. They weren't going to leave it there. The extra effort was helpful in making the transition easier.

My heavy furniture was handled very well by the movers. I had a large sectional, king-size mattress, and a large dresser, but they were able to move all of this without damaging the walls. They also put my bed back together, which was very helpful since I didn't have to do it myself.
We were relocating locally and needed to temporarily store some stuff. This company did an excellent job coordinating the moving and storage process. Each box was clearly labeled so retrieval was so easy. They were very well organized and efficient!
I had a cross-town move into a rental home with carpeted floors and used National Pro Moving. They were right away using protective runners and didn't drag anything. I didn't need to ask them, they know what they want. They washed off the furniture before they could come in under any circumstances, and they never left a mark on it, even in the rain. I applaud them!
