We had so many years of stuff in our house that the move didn't seem to be possible. The team had a well-thought-out plan and executed it effectively.
My old apartment had about 22 steps and no elevator, which was a huge problem for my heavy queen mattress and the solid oak dresser. Phillip didn't even complain about the heat and just kept moving until the entire bedroom was cleared out and loaded into the truck. I am so relieved that the hard part is over.
Solid 5 stars from my side. I had a time limit of 6 hours, and the work was completed within that without rushing the process. Totally worth it!

The move took place between two places that had very different layouts. I showed the crew around first, so they understood how the rooms were arranged. That short walkthrough made the next part easier because they already knew what to expect. They loaded all the things in the truck and then secure them using straps so they wont shift during the drive.
Three bedrooms. Two couches. One refrigerator. Fourteen boxes. That is what National Pro Moving moved for me last Tuesday. David walked through my house with a clipboard and wrote everything down before a single item left the building. The crew finished loading in two hours, and unloading took another hour and forty minutes. I was really impressed.
I was worried about how the crew would handle my houseplants when they moved my house, but they were careful with them. I learned some tricks for holding the pots steady while moving them by myself. It was just astounding how meticulous they were.
They organized all my heavy power tools, loose iron and everything in my workshop into crates. Everything was easily accessible on the other side.
Every part of the process was handled with professionalism. The team worked efficiently, respected my time, and delivered exactly what they promised. I was very impressed with the quality of service provided.
I was not happy with how the movers handled some of my household items. A couple of boxes were placed roughly, and one piece of furniture was damaged during the move. The crew could have been more careful. I expected a more professional service.
