I give them a five out of five. They moved my sister last year, and she had a good experience, so I went with them too, and I had the same experience.
I watched a few videos of this company online before I decided to hire them for my big move last month. I was pleasantly surprised that my experience was just as good as what I saw in those clips. The team was friendly, and they took the time to wrap the items that I was worried about. They stayed on the move for several hours and didn't stop until the truck was completely empty. It was a productive day, and the office staff followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

They were able to wrap all the couch cushions, tape down the drawers so they don't move, and easily disassemble the dining table. Assemble my bicycle at the new location without losing any bolts. They helped us do our move quickly.
Several boxes were unloaded into the wrong rooms at the new house. I had to go through the boxes and move them myself afterward. This made unpacking take considerably longer than necessary. Clearer labeling and better unloading organization would have helped.
The movers made the relocation process simple when I switched houses. Richard was very skilled and knew how to handle the load correctly. I had zero worries once they took over the task.
The crew have gone above and beyond with the care they took of our belongings. They wrapped up sofa, chairs, tables, and bedroom furniture, and locked them up for the move. They also read the smaller boxes which had fragile labels. No items were damaged, lost or broken and the house was clean when it was unloaded.
My original moving date got pushed back by three days because of a water leak in my new apartment, and I had to call Donald to reschedule everything. He did not charge me a cancellation fee or act annoyed at all. He just looked at his calendar and found me a new slot two days later. I am really grateful.
Absolutely recommend them! The movers arrived on time, but we were still packing up the bedroom. Rather than standing around or rushing us, they took some boxes from the truck and put them in. They carefully packed what remained, tagging each thing as they did. Couldn't have been easier!
I wasn't sure how long the whole thing would take, but it stayed on track. The process stayed simple, which is all I really wanted. What a relief and helpful move by the team from National Pro Moving.
