James showed up on time and was very polite the whole time. He made sure everything was loaded carefully and even helped us arrange a few things in the new place. Really happy with the service.
I am happy with how the move turned out today. The guys arrived at the time they promised and got right to work without any delays. They were respectful of my new home and made sure to wipe their feet, so the floors stayed clean. Having that kind of reliability made the whole move feel much easier.
I had a cross-town move into a rental home with carpeted floors and used National Pro Moving. They were right away using protective runners and didn't drag anything. I didn't need to ask them, they know what they want. They washed off the furniture before they could come in under any circumstances, and they never left a mark on it, even in the rain. I applaud them!
We had so many years of stuff in our house that the move didn't seem to be possible. The team had a well-thought-out plan and executed it effectively.
The rainy day moving day is the toughest of all tests for any moving company, and these guys aced it. It rained buckets all morning while we were loading the truck. The team carefully laid down heavy-duty rubber runners on our carpet and covered the floors with plastic sheeting so no drop of mud could spread. They shrink-wrapped all mattresses and fabric sofas tightly and kept them dry during the trip. Astounding perseverance in the middle of bad weather.
The crew have gone above and beyond with the care they took of our belongings. They wrapped up sofa, chairs, tables, and bedroom furniture, and locked them up for the move. They also read the smaller boxes which had fragile labels. No items were damaged, lost or broken and the house was clean when it was unloaded.
Most movers I have used in the past just throw things around, but this crew was very respectful of the fact that I was moving into a brand new house. They made sure to keep the heavy dollies off the carpet and were very careful when setting down the heavy washing machine in the laundry room. I was very happy that my new home stayed clean
They removed our curtain rods from our walls with the floor to ceiling curtain, wrapped them in clean linen bags and stored everything related to the curtain rods in Truck #310, so we could have our drapes hanging back up immediately at our new home!
I give them a five out of five. They moved my sister last year, and she had a good experience, so I went with them too, and I had the same experience.
They were able to wrap all the couch cushions, tape down the drawers so they don't move, and easily disassemble the dining table. Assemble my bicycle at the new location without losing any bolts. They helped us do our move quickly.
