The worst business I have ever worked with. Don't trust them; they can take your money and fail to come back to assist you in moving.
We recently shifted our small clothing boutique to another location. The movers sorted racks, hangers, and boxes by type. Once at the new store, they set everything in neat rows. It took most of the day, but the move went smoothly. Our shop was ready to open again the very next morning without any trouble.
The move took most of my Saturday, and I was expecting it to drag, but it really didn't. The crew kept things moving without me having to step in or explain things twice.
My office moved to a new building last week, and we had a lot of computers and desks to relocate. The team from National Pro Moving showed up with labels and organized everything by department. They made a list of where each box should go in the new space. They worked around our employees who were still packing up their personal items. The whole process was smooth and professional. I would hire them again for sure.
I was worried about my glass items because the previous company had broken most of them. But the team wrapped it separately and even pointed it out to me when they loaded it, so I knew they were being careful with it.
Several boxes were unloaded into the wrong rooms at the new house. I had to go through the boxes and move them myself afterward. This made unpacking take considerably longer than necessary. Clearer labeling and better unloading organization would have helped.
Absolutely recommend them! The movers arrived on time, but we were still packing up the bedroom. Rather than standing around or rushing us, they took some boxes from the truck and put them in. They carefully packed what remained, tagging each thing as they did. Couldn't have been easier!
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and always available to answer my questions. Everything was handled with great care and completed on time. I would definitely recommend their service to others.
The team did a great job dealing with some tight spaces and heavier furniture. They worked together well and took the necessary precautions to avoid damage.
I had to move a piano, and I was so afraid it would break. Unlike the movers from National Pro Moving, however, they really knew how to do it. They packed it well, and mover on time without any hassle. When it came to my house it was perfectly in order, with no keys out of place. I'm so grateful to them!
