They placed things exactly where I asked, even when I changed my mind once or twice. It was a long day, but they handled it well.

Our washer/dryer was particularly hard to move and the movers were very helpful with that. They carefully disconnected them and ensured that they were safe for transport. Here they placed them where we needed them, and didn't scratch the floor.
The rainy day moving day is the toughest of all tests for any moving company, and these guys aced it. It rained buckets all morning while we were loading the truck. The team carefully laid down heavy-duty rubber runners on our carpet and covered the floors with plastic sheeting so no drop of mud could spread. They shrink-wrapped all mattresses and fabric sofas tightly and kept them dry during the trip. Astounding perseverance in the middle of bad weather.

William kept everything organized and made sure boxes were placed in the correct rooms so I could unpack quickly. They finished earlier than I expected, which gave me extra time to settle in. I truly appreciated that efficiency.

My heavy furniture was handled very well by the movers. I had a large sectional, king-size mattress, and a large dresser, but they were able to move all of this without damaging the walls. They also put my bed back together, which was very helpful since I didn't have to do it myself.
